I am new to coding. Will these cards be beneficial for me?

• If you have no engineering working experience and you’re trying to break into the  engineering industry, this cards has tons of content for you. The cards are designed to teach a new concept and help with revision of the concept.

Are these flashcards for mid-level engineers?

• Yes! The Coding Cards are designed to help you at any stage of your career. If you’re a senior developer trying to cover interview topics before the interview, it’s for you. If you’re a junior developer trying for your first job, it’s for you.

What if I don't have a CS degree?

• The great part about software development is you don't have to have a CS degree to be successful. These coding flashcards serves as a purpose in solidifying an already known concept or learning a new concept from a concise text. You don't need prior coding knowledge to understand the concepts in the cards.

What programming languages are these flashcards in?

• The coding flashcards currently is written in Python/JavaScript. The deck content is split in between Python/JavaScript and Data Structures concepts.

How many cards in the deck? 

• For the physical set, there are 56 cards, and for digital version there are 50 cards. 

Is it available in other programming language?

• As of this moment, No! 
• We do have plans to release it in another languages.

Is it a Subscription pay?

• No, It's a One time pay. 

Where can I see a sample card?

• You can view a sample card on the homepage. 

Will there be more flashcards added?

• The flashcard deck contains 56 cards that covers almost all topic of CS fundamentals to help you succeed in an interview or a class test. 

How does the QR code feature works? 

• Most camera-equipped mobile phones can decode the QR-Code (meCard, vCard, URL 2D barcodes. However, some phones may not have such a feature - in this case, special apps called QR code readers or scanners need to be installed.

Shipping Fees and destinations:

• Currently, we only ship within USA and Canada region.

• Shipping Fees are calculated before final payment.

How will I receive my digital / physical cards?

• To buy digital cards, you can visit our Gumroad page. These cards will be directly sent to your email.
• To buy physical cards, you would need to buy through our website. 

What are the payment options available?

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
• We don't accept Cash on Delivery

Note: that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

How do I get a refund?

• We offer refund up to 30 days for digital cards.
• For physical cards, we offer complete 100% refund , if we are unable to ship the cards to you.
• We offer refund if the cards are damaged during shipping. 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If the cards are damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@thecodingcards.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
